atlastin GTPase 1 (ATL1) - coding DNA reference sequence

This file was created to facilitate the description of sequence variants in the ATL1 gene based on a coding DNA reference sequence following the HGVS recommendations.

The sequence was taken from NG_009028.1, covering ATL1 transcript NM_015915.4.
