LIM domain binding 3 (ZASP) (LDB3) - coding DNA reference sequence

(used for mutation description)

This file was created to facilitate the description of sequence variants in the LDB3 gene based on a coding DNA reference sequence following the HGVS recommendations. The sequence was taken from NG_008876.1, covering transcript variant 1 (NM_007078.2, extend with the 5'UTR of NM_001080116.1). Other transcript variants use two alternatively spliced exons from intron 5 (exon 05b and exon 05c, replacing the normal exon 05), contain an alternatively spliced 3'-terminal exon 07b (transcript variants 3 [NM_001080115.1] and 4 [NM_001080116.1]) or skip exon 08 (transcript variant 2 [NM_001080114.1]). 

NOTE: the first exon is newly annotated correctly - exon numbering was thus modified accordingly.
