This file was created to facilitate the description of sequence variants in the FLNC gene based on a coding DNA reference sequence following the HGVS recommendations. The sequence was taken from NG_011807.1, covering FLNC transcript variant-1 (NM_001458.4). Transcript variant-2 (NM_001127487.1) skips exon 31.
