We will demonstrate the analysis of SNP data from the Affymetrix 10K SNP chip in Spotfire DecisionSite and focus on Homozygosity by Decent
(HBD) analysis. Spotfire DecisionSite for Functional Genomics allows users to easily
access and merge expression data and current biological annotation information from any source. Scientists can explore data by using advanced
analytic tools and dynamic, interactive visualizations. DecisionSite is available to Dutch academic researchers through the
BioASP.
